When your system manager or key IT specialist is on holiday an engineer will be sent to your site twice a week to provide onsite support and advice. Annual contract fee includes up to 8 visits of up to ½ hour in any one year. |

| Remote Diagnostics |

This enables system specialists to make a secure connection to your network fileserver server via ISDN, or broadband for system monitoring, diagnostics and fault resolution.

| Backup Check |

|
An engineer will attend your site on a monthly basis to perform a test backup and restore on your server tape backup unit. This is to ensure that should a serious fault occur, the system can be successfully restored.

| System Administrator Training |

|
Particularly useful as and when staff leave or change roles, a system specialist will attend your site and train your system manager or key user on the correct use and operation of your computer system.

| System Healthcheck |

A quarterly visit to your site to perform system housekeeping checks and regular maintenance tasks, we also prepare and retain a disaster recovery plan for your system. |
| Workstation & Server Maintenance |
 |

Hardware maintenance of workstations and fileservers, including assistance when purchasing and installating upgrades. Telephone support for those installing upgrades themselves.
